Honey Do Carpenter Building Aire Crete Gables  July 8, 2018          Honey Do Carpenter sets out to make the Air Crete Gables panel forms. But first he must do the math. Being a 'concerned' wife, Melanie wonders about his methods. No worries cutie, this ole carpenter knows what he's doing and makes metal cutting, bending, and welding look easy.                                                                                                                        Melanie then gets to show off her muscles as she shovels up pieces of broken Air Crete into the wheel barrel. She's one tough woman!

Honey Do Carpenter  Air Crete Stress Test July 7, 2018          Due to concerns from many Honey Doers on the brittleness of Air Crete, Dar decides to do a flex test. He tells us how he sets up the edge of a panel on another panel & jumps up and down on it. It holds, so it's time for the family to share in the experience. First Melanie then the boys join on the panel. It still holds! Another test is needed, but before we actually see this one, Darwin talks about the book that inspried him to experiment with Rocket Mass Heaters, written by Ernie Wisner. And talks about others who inspired him and some of his creations with Air Crete. On a side note Darwin will be attedning the Essential Technology Symposium.      The Second flex test. Dar and Melanie load not two, not four, but six bags of concrete on the Air Crete Panel, That's four Hundred and eighty pounds. Dose it hold? yes! Let the snow fly!

Honey Do Carpenter Last Pour on Air Crete Dog House June 26, 2018   Darwin and Melanie do the last pour for the Air Crete doghouse. Dar's auger broke down in the middle of mixing. So in this video we see him take it back to Harbor Freight where he purchased it. (He can't mix the Air Crete recipe together without his handy 'spoon'). Special shout out to Harbor Freight! Dar got right in and right back out with a new auger, no extra money exchanging hands.                       New auger. Check! Together Darwin and Melanie mix the ingredients, making sure you get a close up of the concoction. It's really mesmerizing if i do say so myself. After its all good and mixed they can pour it in to the panels they made erariler. Yet again so satisfying to watch.

Honey Do Carpenter  Air Crete Dog House Build June 29, 2018         Yay! It's so exciting! We get to see the Air Crete doghouse project finally come together. Before Darwin and Melanie can get started, they need some inspiration. Yeah, in this video you get to see some big fluffy cuteness beg for attention from Honey Do. No, this is not a dream. These dogs are real and absolutely adorable! But we must pull ourselves away from all the friskiness to watch Dar prep the ground for the Air Crete doghouse. Thanks to Melanie and her multitasking skills, she can help Dar take the panels out of the trailer, peal off the backing sheet and let us watch mans bestfriend jump, run, and play just a little more. (Who doesn't love dogs)!         Well... Okay, lets get down to business. Dar staggers screw into the edges of the panels and the wraps wire around them in a criss cross pattern. He then tightens the screw down. Sides are now together. Next is the top, which Dar puts on using metal strips to help secure it. It's done! (Except the roofing).     Do the dogs like it? Do they fit? Does Darwin fit?          The most amazing Air Crete doghouse Honey Do!

Honey Do Carpenter June 22, 2018 Pouring Air Crete Dog House A few videos back, Honey Do Carpenter shows us his new upcoming project. The Air Crete Dog House! Speed forward a couple videos, he's rockin' and rollin' building panels for Fido' s new roost. Will the chickens be sharing...? The panels are made, it's time to pour. But let's mix the Air Crete Ingredients together first. (Get the mix recipe on Honey Do Shop). Watch Darwin show us his tactic in mixing using his handy 'spoon' (Auger). Darwin and Melanie now get the panels ready to have Air Crete poured in. Handy helpers, AKA the kids, stir the Air Crete with a shovel to help it from drying out. Here comes the fun part! Smoothly and more than a bit satisfyingly, the mix is poured in to the panels. Ok. Don't get too excited just yet. It's time to step back reminisce and wait. This Air Crete needs time to cure.
